Systems Implementation Manager

Position Overview:
The Implementation Manager, Systems oversees the development and implementation of new systems and digital health technology solutions of Community Behavioral Health's Member Solutions department.
The Implementation Manager will lead Team Leaders in developing, implementing, evaluating, and sustaining new systems and technology solutions to enhance the overall member experience.
The Implementation Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, identifying needs and priorities, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver effective, data-driven solutions that address members' needs in alignment with the organization's strategic goals and initiatives.

Assist in assuring both internal and external program integrity by being alert to and reporting suspected instances of provider and employee fraud, waste or abuse.
Essential Functions:
Oversee the implementation of new systems, digital health technology solutions, and processes across the organization, ensuring that they align with the organization's strategic goals and meet user needs, including the member portal.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including informatics, to ensure that systems and processes are fully integrated with the organization's electronic health record (EHR) and comply with interoperability requirements.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with system implementations, working with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans as needed.
Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and status reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure that all systems are configured to meet organizational needs, and that all users are trained on how to use them effectively.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring that they deliver on their commitments.
Provide regular progress reports to the Director of Member Solutions and other stakeholders, highlighting project milestones, risks, and issues.
Lead, coach, and mentor team leaders and other team members, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to system implementations and interoperability.
Position Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
Degree in social services, healthcare/business administration, human-centered design, or a related field preferred.
Relevant Work
Experience:
3
years of experience in a related field with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
Experience in social services, behavioral health, and/or public health preferred.
Experience in project management, nonprofit management, and/or healthcare management preferred.
Experience in human-centered design, digital health, and/or implementation science preferred.
Skills:

Philadelphia Residency Requirement:
