Qualifications:
1.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2.
Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.
3.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on Commercial Litigation or Construction Law 4.
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to transportation and logistics, including railroads and freight.
5.
Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
6.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
7.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
10.
Proficient in legal research and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
11.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make sound legal judgments.
12.
Ability to stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting the transportation and logistics industry.
13.
Willingness to continue learning and developing professional skills.
