Customer and Retail Support Representative

Description:

Candidate will be responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by answering customer phone calls, communicating with field staff, generating reports, data-entry and a variety of other office duties.


Position Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Resolve field employee and customer issues via phone and email
  • Ensures a timely and professional response to incoming calls
  • Advise on company information related to field operations
  • Administrative tasks - filing, scanning, copying
  • Data entry of order information into company database and other reporting systems
  • Effectively maneuver through multiple system screens, utilize available department tools/information and requesting assistance as needed.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to work with all levels of staff and management
  • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Self-starter, proactive
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Service-oriented with a history of building excellent customer relationships
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

Experience and Credentials

  • High School Diploma
  • Associates or bachelor s degree preferred
  • One year customer service and/or administrative experience minimum
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-browsers


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
