The Assistant Manager will oversee and direct all aspects of the units operations. This includes assisting in the preparation of operational budgets, achieving sales and profit levels, maintenance of Company Standards and the philosophy also enriching the theme format and commitment to the companys standards of excellence.
Secondary Responsibilities: To perform duties including, but not limited to answering the phone, bussing tables, line cooking, expediting orders or running food. In short, whatever it takes to support our team.Specific Functions and Duties:
Constantly monitor the overall operations of the store that affect sales including guest satisfaction, food quality (taste and presentation), ambiance, cleanliness, d??cor and service standards.Develop and monitor daily, weekly and annual sales projections.Work with individual managers and support staff to seek out sales building opportunities.Interact with Support Center staff to prepare and achieve weekly, monthly and annual profit plans as they relate to fixed and controlled expense.Supervise, coach, counsel, praise, develop, train, recruit and recommend corrective action for all store employees.Plan and conduct departmental meetings.Monitor the attitudes, morale and management effectiveness through direct contact with the co-managers and individual staff members and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.Work with the General Manager to oversee the accuracy of daily and weekly management duties such as reports, cash handling, daily deposits, overages/shortages, safe security, paid outs, inventory control and documentation, etc. Must be able to accurately count money and provide correct change.Responsible for effectively running scheduled shifts and managing daily labor budgets.Oversee repairs and maintenance, cleaning supplies, vendor relations, registers, retail inventory, uniforms and manpower staffing requirements.Performs one on ones (one per shift) that are documented with staff for development.Has a personal developmental plan for success.Performs evaluations for the positions they are responsible for every 6 months.Writes schedules for responsible position and has to GM for review each Wednesday. They meet all labor guidelines to match budget.Responsible for not going over budgeted spending for their area of responsibility each period.Ensuring 100% Quality Food every shift.Motivates staff by performing Pre-shift meetings each shift.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
